- Starting Monday, May 12th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., maintenance personnel will go from home to home to tag our current assets in each home (major appliances, HVAC, and water heater). We will start on the Garden Homes and make our way around to The Grand until we are completed with this project.

Good Afternoon, I wanted to provide an update to all residents affected by the recent mowing incident that resulted in debris being blown onto nearby units. As I mentioned in conversations earlier today, the employee responsible for this issue has been terminated by the supervisor Matt. We take matters of resident care and safety very seriously, and we do not tolerate any disregard for proper procedures or consideration for those living in our community. The individual had previously been instructed by their supervisor Matt on the appropriate practices for mowing near residential units, but unfortunately, those directions were blatantly disregarded. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to uphold the highest standards for our community. Our goal is always to ensure that you are able to live your best life here, and we remain committed to that mission.
