- Alcohol Services: Waterman Village maintains a full-service bar and lounge. Residents and guests may purchase beer, wine, and cocktails during regular hours of operation. In addition, Happy Hours are offered on Fridays from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Residents and guests may not bring alcohol from outside to be consumed in any of our venues at Waterman Village. Due to Florida State Liquor Regulations, all purchases must be paid in cash, by credit card, by check, or by resident charge. Alcohol purchases cannot be applied to the Dining Dollar (declining balance) meal program. Tax applies.

The Oaks

Please note that the Lodge and Bistro are currently closed due to renovation. You may grab your meals from the card room or the cafe in the meantime. Or, you may dine at the other venues at Lakeside.

- Meal Delivery and Pick-Up Orders: The Lodge Culinary Services Department offers meal delivery and daily pick-up orders for lunch and dinner. Residents who wish to place a delivery or pick-up order can call 353-383-0051, ext. 258 or 237, between 9:30 am and 10:30 am for lunch deliveries and 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm for dinner deliveries. A nominal fee is charged for deliveries; pick-up orders are complimentary. *Filling coolers, personal containers, or boxes with food from the buffet is prohibited unless a takeout meal is purchased. Residents may take home one piece of whole fruit or one dessert per person if they do not finish it during their meal at the Oaks Lodge.*

  Sunday Brunch: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
  Sunday Dinner: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. The Lodge will close promptly at 5:30 pm.
Bistro
- Modeled after classic steakhouses, Bistro 445 offers upscale dining with à la carte menus and packed lunch and dinner options. It is also available for private dinners and luncheon parties of 24 or more. Guests must be 13 or older to dine at Bistro 445. Reservations can only be made at this ext. 353. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please leave your name, the requested reservation time, the number of people, and your phone number on the voicemail. Our Bistro staff will confirm your reservation when they are available. Lunch and dinner delivery is available. The Bistro delivery department closes at 4:00 pm.

Please note that Sunday Brunch hours will remain unchanged: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (last seating at 1:30 p.m.). *However, when the lodge reopens, Savor will be closed. We will have the Brew bar available from 8-1 for breakfast service.*

- Please be advised that we have only four tables available for parties of five or more. The private dining room is separate. If all four tables are reserved and you have a large group, you will have to wait until other tables become available. There will be time slots available for booking those tables: 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If we seat you at 4:30 p.m., please be aware that other reservations are scheduled for the same table at 6:00 p.m. The Culinary Dining Committee discussed and agreed upon this. We cannot accept same-day reservations at Savor. Reservations are to be made in advance. We have limited seating available.
