Lakeside at Waterman Village – Availability

Updated 9-10-26

Apartments

Will have one Lakeside Grand Goldfinch floor plan available in about 30-60 days.

Garden/Duplex Homes

Roughly 2 years. Good time to join our ‘In the Wings‘ list if you haven’t already done so.

Since we have a couple Villa homes available on the Oaks Retirement Community side that no one on the WINGS list is able to take at this time, you can move into a Villa now to get settled/connected to Waterman Village and the Mount Dora area, and then transfer to a different independent living residence when one becomes available in the future.
