Construction is already underway at Lakeside at Waterman Village, and every day brings with it more excitement for this expansion neighborhood in sunny Mount Dora, Florida.
Work on our waterfront Lakehouse East and Lakehouse West will begin soon, which is why we’re excited to share more about four luxuriously spacious floor plans found within these residence options. Two Lakehouses and four fantastic floor plans
Our Lakehouse East and Lakehouse West residences will be set on opposite sides of glistening Lake Margaret, allowing for a peaceful backdrop and the proven benefits of living within steps of the water. The Sandpiper
If you want a waterfront view, let us present the Sandpiper residence. All eight of the Sandpiper homes at Lakeside at Waterman Village face the lake, and their location on the second and third floors of the Lakehouses provides an even better view of the waves, visiting waterfowl and more.

The Osprey
Because the Osprey residence is the “smallest” of all the Lakehouse residences—though at more than 1,200 square feet, it’s really not small at all—it provides the best value for those looking for Lakehouse living. Plus, it’s only available as a first-floor residence, so if you’re seeking a space with a villa-like feel (with beautiful water views!), this one is worth a look.

Three new renderings provide a realistic look at Lakehouse living
The Lakehouses at Lakeside at Waterman Village should be seen to be understood. They’re not condos, but they’re not detached homes either. They offer a perfect blend of privacy and convenience, and here are three exclusive renderings to show you exactly what we mean!
