• 2 Captiva floor plan (can reserve now – about 60-90 days or so when it’s ready)
• 1 Key West floor plan (can reserve now- about 60-90 days or so when it’s ready

Manors or other: Estimated wait time 2 years. Good time to join our ‘In the Wings‘ list if you haven’t already done so.

Since we have a few Villa homes available that no one on the WINGS list is able to take at this time, you can move into a Villa now to get settled/connected to Waterman Village and the Mount Dora area, and then transfer to a different independent living residence when one becomes available in the future.
