The Oaks at Waterman Village – Availability

Du/quad-plex homes:

Villas: We have a few available now that you can select from. The nice thing is they will take about 90 days or so to refurb., so, you have time to plan, organize, etc.  If you are not ready to move in in the next 90 days, we still recommend to people that they join our ‘In-the-Wings‘ list. Because, longer wait lists can develop at any time.

Manors: Estimated wait time 2 years. Good time to join our ‘In the Wings‘ list if you haven’t already done so. Since we have a few Villa homes becoming available, you can move into a Villa now to enjoy the community and get settled/connected to Waterman Village and the Mount Dora area, and transfer to a Manor Home when one becomes available in the future.
