The Oaks at Waterman Village – Availability

Villas: We have a few that have recently become available that we know from experience won’t last very long. They are beginning their re-furnishment process. This can actually be very beneficial. A person can reserve one now and know they will have a few months to coordinate/plan their move. 

Manors: Estimated wait time 2 years. Good time to join our ‘In the Wings‘ list if you haven’t already done so. Since we have a few Villa homes becoming available, you can move into a Villa now to enjoy the community and get settled/connected to Waterman Village and the Mount Dora area, and transfer to a Manor Home when one becomes available in the future.
