New Aerial Video and Artistic Renderings Provide a Preview of Lakeside Living Around Lake Margaret!

With the official groundbreaking completed in fall 2020, Lakeside at Waterman Village is starting to come to life. Newly released video footage and design renderings provide a closer look at the bustling present and the exciting future of this brand-new community addition coming to Mount Dora. Let’s explore these stunning visuals that provide a picturesque preview of lakeside life at the newest part of Waterman Village!
An eye-in-the-sky view
To help put the scale and location of Lakeside at Waterman Village into perspective, our team hired a professional to capture aerial video of the future site of this exciting community expansion. The high-flying footage takes viewers on a loop of the site, showing the impressive progress. As the aerial camera circles the site, you can see that our trusted contractors have their equipment ready to go and are eagerly awaiting the groundbreaking—just like we are!
The footage also reveals just how conveniently located Lakeside at Waterman Village will be to the existing Waterman Village community, shown on the left side of the screen from the 2:00 mark onward. You’ll be able to take a quick stroll over the planned pedestrian bridge—or an even quicker golf cart ride—and access all the current amenities and activities just across the street. Everything available at the current Waterman Village campus will be fully open and available to residents of Lakeside at Waterman Village as well. Most notably (and fully visible at the 2:20 mark) is the natural crown jewel of the community: the shimmering Lake Margaret.
