It was founded in 1989 by Waterman Hospital Tavares, FL. Waterman Village attracts new residents from across the U.S. The Oaks retirement community and Lakeside retirement community, located on the Waterman Village campus, offer independent living one story duplex & quad-plex homes & apartments. Waterman Village also offer an assisted living residence, a memory care support house, a nursing home facility, a short-term post-hospital rehabilitation center, a physical-occupational-speech therapy clinic that’s open to the public, and a home health care agency that serves not only Waterman Village residents, but the Mount Dora, Eustis, Tavares, Leesburg and Lake County areas as well.
