Villas: Estimated wait time 3 months. If you are not ready to move in in the next 3-6 months, we still recommend to people that they join our ‘In-the-Wings‘ list, because longer wait lists can develop at any time.

Manors: Estimated wait time 2 years. Good time to join our ‘In the Wings‘ list if you haven’t already done so. If you are only considering a Manor Home at The Oaks, and yet would like to move to Waterman Village soon, you can move into a Villa home at The Oaks, and then transfer to a Manor Home when one becomes available in the future.
