Lakeside Grand and Garden Homes Come to Life as Lakeside at Waterman Village Construction Progresses

What a difference a couple of months makes!
We broke ground on Lakeside at Waterman Village in late October, and within weeks the footprint of our community has taken shape. Crews have poured cement slabs for our four-story A and B buildings, creating a foundation for the Lakeside Grand apartments.
All of these centrally located, spacious residences will have quick access to pristine Lake Margaret, as well as all the resort-style amenities like our upscale restaurant, fully stocked coffee shop, modern fitness center and outdoor pool. You’ll be just a short stroll from it all!
Work is also progressing on our first nine Garden Homes, with the Lakeside at Waterman Village team finalizing details to make these one-story residences comfortable and ready for your arrival next year. For example, we’re working with the engineering crew to make sure that each Garden Home has its electrical outlets perfectly placed for convenience.
This means when you bring your tablet, smart speaker and smart TV, getting and staying connected will be seamless. Our focus on “small” details like this—not one of which is being overlooked—is yet another reason why this new neighborhood will simply be the best active retirement destination in central Florida.
Furthermore, on the south side of Lake Margaret, the Garden Home duplexes come complete with attached garages, expansive great rooms, two or three bedrooms, screened porches and easy access to the neighborhood’s lakefront nature trail.
