1) What is the expected opening date for Lakeside at Waterman Village?

Construction of this brand-new, amenity-rich neighborhood is proceeding ahead of schedule thanks to the favorable weather Florida has had this year. Per our experienced construction team members, their hope is that we welcome the first group of Lakeside residents in late 2021 or at the very beginning of 2022.

Much still needs to happen and we can’t control the weather, but we’re confident that our grand opening will take place at the tail end of 2021. And when the time comes to welcome everyone to Mount Dora’s newest gem, our pre-opening pricing will run out. 2) What types of homes are left, and can I still make customizations?

Even though more than 100 individuals and couples have already reserved their brand-new homes, a few of our most desirable floor plans and locations still remain.
