The NEW Lakeside at Waterman Village Retirement Community

Dear Friends!

Waterman Village is excited to announce that we are now taking reservations for our brand new/second retirement community called Lakeside at Waterman Village. We expect to break ground this Spring.

We started officially advertising to the general public last September and already close to 80 residences have been reserved by Lakeside ‘Founding Members’.

When people compare all things: leadership stability, organizational mission and ownership, location near needed ‘services’ both now and in the future, refund plans, 24/7 staffed & gated front entry, home designs, food, campus amenities, activity opportunities, community location, years of experience, and ratings, they soon discover Waterman Village to be their best choice, when researching communities that offer independent living, assisted living, and health care facilities and services all on one site.

Special Founding Member Charter Benefits are still available.  Contact us for details.

You’re welcome to contact us to schedule an individual appointment. Or, if you prefer, you’re welcome to register to attend one of our regularly scheduled public information sessions.  Contact us for future dates and times.

Our Lakeside Info. Center is open M-F from 8-4:30, and evenings & weekends by appointment.  It’s located at 150 Waterman Avenue, Mount Dora, FL, 32757

Our phone number is: (352) 385-1120.  Email is: info@lakesideatwatermanvillage.com

We look forward to serving you and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Lakeside at Waterman Village Information Center Staff

My parents, Gil and Kathleen, felt confident in remaining at Waterman Village during Hurricane Irma, based on the sincere concern they continually receive from your staff. They appreciated the ongoing communication regarding facility and resident plans, available services and schedules during the hurricane. Although four, very concerned children, watched worriedly from the north, we knew they were in good hands.

I am sure that members of your staff had concerns for the safety and well- being of their own families and property, and I have deep admiration for those who remained on the job during this stressful time. Please express my thanks to everyone who rose above personal fears and concerns to provide for those residents in their care.

Thank you again for all you do to enrich my parent’s lives with genuine care and concern. May God bless all of you!!
