Why choose the Bridgewater assisted living residence?

Waterman-Village-Assisted-Living

One major/unique benefit of choosing an assisted living apartment at the Bridgewater is, should a Bridgewater resident require nursing home care following a hospital stay, or should they require long term nursing home care, they can make a smooth and easy transition right next door, to the adjacent Edgewater Health & Rehabilitation Center.  This makes the transition for Bridgewater residents much smoother and easier. And, family members don’t have to worry about having to find ‘another place’ for their loved one. The Edgewater has maintained the longest running Medicare FIVE STAR rating, of any nursing home in Lake County.

Assistance with medication and bathing, are both included in the regular monthly service fee. Monthly rates start at $3,600 for a studio suite (not payable by Medicare or Medicaid)

The Bridgewater is only a two-story residence, making it much easier to evacuate if needed.

Two brand new, state of the art, high capacity generators were recently purchased for placement next to the Bridgewater.

Waterman Village also operates its own home health care agency, as well as its own

physical, occupational, and speech therapy clinic right on the Waterman Village campus.  Should these services be beneficial for your loved one, they can easily be obtained close by.

Attached to the Bridgewater, is the beautiful Waterman Village Chapel Fellowship Church. Full time Pastor/Rev/Chaplain Robert, is joined by two associate Chaplains, Lincoln and Cynthia.
