Waterman Communities, Inc. has repeatedly been voted as one of the "Top 100 Places to work in Central Florida" by the Orlando Sentinel's Top 100 Companies for Working Families. The "Top 100" survey consists of a series of questions to determine what benefits are provided in categories of core benefits, family-related benefits, work environment, communication, and training. Applications were scored on a point basis and for the year 2011, Waterman Communities, Inc. was ranked #4 in this survey.
