Welcome! Waterman Village Home Care would like to take this time to introduce our agency to you and your loved ones. We offer quality care with sincere compassion. Services are available through the Private Duty division or the Medicare division which are under the direction of your physician.
Private Duty services offered by Waterman Village Home Care are charged to the residents account, and an itemized statement is mailed on a monthly basis.
Services offered through the Medicare division must meet the CMS coverage guidelines throughout the entire time that care is being provided by our agency. The patient must be homebound and require intermittent skilled care under the direction of your physician.
We strive to achieve excellence through continual education of the current health standards and practices. Our agency is accredited through the Community Health Accreditation Program which ensures compliance with State and Federal guidelines of home care.
An open and constant line of communication between you, your physician, and our caregivers is our priority. Our agency is conveniently located at Waterman Village, so we are able to adjust our interventions quickly and as needed, to ensure that the established goals can be met effectively and efficiently. Continuity of care is easily obtained through the collaborative efforts of the Edgewater, Bridgewater and Waterman Village Home Care teams.
