Villas & Manors
This option is for those who wish to live independently in their own home, while enjoying all the amenities and activities that a Waterman Village lifestyle provides. Residents also receive priority status for future health care needs, and the Waterman Village Home Care department can provide extra services as needed.
The Bridgewater
For those who wish to maintain an independent lifestyle, but need a helping hand in the course of daily living, there is an assisted living option at Waterman Village. Relax in an elegant apartment setting with assistance available 24 hours a day.
The Edgewater
For those who desire quality-nursing care in an elegant setting, there is the skilled nursing option. It provides care for individuals with greater medical needs and offers a variety of rehabilitative services.
