Dale Lind, President/CEO
Dale Lind has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Waterman Communities since 1993. In a Long Term Care career that began in upstate New York in 1975, Dale has held various positions including Controller, Administrator, Regional Director, Assistant to the President and Vice President of Human Resources.
As a professional speaker and consultant, Dale has presented all over the United States on management development, training, motivation, employee satisfaction surveying, marketing and worker’s compensation loss control.
Dale earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Andrew’s University and a Master’s of Business Administration Degree from Russell Sage College.
