Waterman Communities Foundation, Inc.
The Infinity Fund is designed to assist those residents who qualify, to age in place in Waterman Communities and remain in their Independent Living and/or Assisted Living apartments in the event they outlive their resources. It is the goal of this area of gifting that those residents who have spent down their resources and would normally have to move from their homes here, can remain at Waterman Village and receive a scholarship to offset a portion of their monthly rental amount. This type of fund works best when it is endowed with sufficient gifts which will allow it to grow and build substance, providing a residual income from the interest generated, allowing the principal to remain intact.
