The Waterman Village campus is designed to allow you to live their best life! It is a gated community of quiet, tree-lined streets and beautifully manicured landscape with various park garden and nature trail areas.

Residential Living

Two neighborhoods for residential living include the Villas, single story villa style apartments and the Manors, upscale residential living reminiscent of country manor homes. Both of these options have access to the community lodge, which is the centerpiece of activity for residents including dining and much more.

The Lodge

The Lodge is home to a variety of destinations including the Main Dining room, The Bistro 445, Cafe, Event Hall, Library, Fitness/Wellness Center, Card and Club rooms, Golf Simulator, Billiards Branch, Bank, and Variety Shop. Adjacent to the Lodge is a screened-in Heated Pool and Spa, Woodworking & Craft shop, courts for Lawn Bowling and Shuffleboard, and a nine-hole Putting Green.

Health Care Facilities

Also located on campus are two facilities for more advanced care: Bridgewater (assisted living) and Edgewater (skilled nursing).

In The Neighborhood

At the entrance to the Village is a professional/medical office complex. Additional shopping, attractions and other facilities allow for a rewarding retirement with all of life's modern conveniences within a small town atmosphere. Our residents enjoy nearby attractions, such as The Ice House Theatre, complimentary membership at the Mount Dora Golf Club, and multiple local art & cultural festivals.
