Even if you or your loved one are not ready to move right now, we highly encourage you to place your/their name on our 'In-The Wings' priority wait list. As an 'In-The-Wings' club member, you'll receive some very nice perks such as: use of Waterman Village's 'Bistro' fine dining restaurant, free use of the WV Fitness Center, complimentary tickets to local events and invitations to special campus events.
You'll also have priority wait list status, for our brand new Waterman Village East
development, that is being planned just across from our main / current entrance on Donnelly St., with 100+ new residential living
units, complete with its own community/wellness center and dining facilities. We've already started a waiting list and we expect these units to
be completely reserved prior to 2020.
Choose from Estate duplex homes, Manor duplex homes, Custom villa ranch homes, or Villa duplex homes. Residents have priority access to the assisted living apartment building and nursing care center, located right on campus, if ever needed. This is the best way a person can secure their future independence (have planned their own futures) and avoid a future situation where their children might have to make complex/difficult decisions 'for' them, in the future. It also allows spouses to live close to each other, should one spouse require assisted living or nursing care.
The one story Villa Homes are located on quiet, peaceful, tree-lined streets. Attached, covered, automobile parking is ideally and importantly located just a few feet from your front door. Easily and safely bring your groceries in, no long walks for you AND your visitors, safer at night, protect yourself - your visitors - and your car from the elements. Helps some be able to drive longer (stay independent longer). No institutional/high-rise, elevator, noise, privacy, neighbor cooking smells, parking, evacuation, or long hallway concerns to worry about. Easily take your pet out for a walk, sit outside for some fresh air, fellowship with your neighbors, or do some therapeutic gardening. Large bedrooms. Not up to driving/walking to the dining room or to an activity? No problem! Just call and we'll pick you up at your front door and return you back to your front door (less walking and less of a fall hazard than living in an apartment building).

Custom Villa Homes
A Custom villa home is a ranch style 'free-standing' home that offers more square footage than the traditional Villa and is distinguished from a traditional Villa Home since it is a free standing home. Its beautiful, spacious interior is a wonderful choice for couples or individuals who are moving from large homes and are accustomed to larger accommodations. Covered parking is located right at your front door with space for your car and your golf cart.
The Manor homes with their brick and stone trim are reminiscent of a country manor home. Five different floor plans offer two bedrooms, two baths and an attached garage for both car and golf cart. Some have an additional den as well. The Manors include spacious interiors with modern appliances, including a full size, side-by-side washer/dryer. Several floor plans offer a screened lanai.
The Estate homes have enclosed two car
garages, and are some of our most modern designed floor plans. Current Estate Home floor plans vary slightly.

will be building, when we add the new Waterman Village 'East' campus, in 2020, complete with its own community center, wellness center, and
dining facility. We value your input, as we move forward with this exciting, highly requested, new development and expansion.
